These terms apply to your use of cellarsofdw.com and to any consultation request you send through it. By using the site you agree to them. Services themselves are provided under a separate written agreement.
About the site
The site describes the cellar management, cataloging, valuation, sourcing, and recommendation services offered by Cellars of DW in and around Nashville, Tennessee. Descriptions, membership tiers, and bottle capacities are a guide to what is typically included. Final scope and pricing are agreed in writing before any work begins.
Consultation requests
Sending a request by email does not create a client relationship or reserve a time. I aim to reply within one business day. Please do not send anything confidential until we have agreed to work together.
Valuations
Any valuation, including the free online cellar valuation at app.cellarsofdw.com, is an informed estimate based on available market data. It is not an appraisal for insurance, tax, or legal purposes unless expressly provided as one in writing. Wine prices move, and I cannot guarantee that a bottle will sell for any particular amount.
Wine and spirits
Services are available only to people of legal drinking age. Any purchase of wine or spirits is made through licensed retailers or the client's own accounts; Cellars of DW does not sell alcohol.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your collection and contact details.
- Keep your CellarTracker or other account credentials secure. Where you grant access, you can withdraw it at any time.
- Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with it.
Content and trademarks
Text, photographs, the Cellars of DW name and marks are owned by Cellars of DW or used with permission. You may share links to the site freely but may not reuse its content without written permission.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cellars of DW is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on information on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Tennessee law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Davidson County, Tennessee.
Changes
Terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version.
